After following the instruction of Jarnee about applying after the water from my night shower has dried to apply the lotion seems to soother and bring my skin to fill the cracking within spots of psoriasis on my elbow and knee. Also relieves the redness. Its a lovely applicator and a must have for anyone with psoriasis.
